Dina Karousos

I’m Dina. I live in Newport County, RI with my husband and four active children. I have lived here for 20 years, and am very connected to the community. I enjoy attending my kids’ many sporting events, volunteering at school, and relaxing at the beach. “The Island,” as the locals call it, has really become my dream home.

Throughout the years, I have thoroughly enjoyed raising my family here, while buying and selling both commercial and residential properties. Becoming a realtor allows me to pursue two of my passions- real estate and helping people.

Since I live and work in the same community, I understand the current market here in Rhode Island. I also belong to a large network of professionals who can assist before and after the home purchase. My years of experience have taught me to listen carefully, negotiate the best possible deals, and work tirelessly to fulfill my clients’ goals. Whether I am working with local residents or international visitors, I am committed to providing the highest level of service for every buyer and seller. As a realtor, I have found this profession most rewarding as I help my clients achieve their goals. I want to find them their dream home and community, as I have found mine.

Nicki Lucenti

I’m Nicki. I live in Portsmouth, RI with my husband, two active kids (I am a true soccer and basketball mom), and one crazy dog.

I have loved decorating and redecorating for as long as I can remember. Even as a little girl, I would tirelessly rearrange my bedroom until it was just right. During my career as a schoolteacher, and my time as a stay-at-home mom, I continued to fuel my passion for finding bargains, mixing and matching styles, and reinventing the rooms in my home.

Now that I live near the sea, one of my favorite past times is finding sea glass on the beach with my children. We store it in a glass jar and keep it on the windowsill. It is like collecting summer memories, and is my absolute favorite “trash to treasure.”

Don’t get me wrong- I still have paper chains in my kitchen, counting down the days ‘til Christmas, and there’s always space for one more piece of kid art on the kitchen wall. But I think homey touches and classic style can coexist harmoniously.

Owning a home also piqued another interest of mine. I recently obtained my real estate license so that I can help people find their special house where they can begin creating memories. I can continue working with clients until their house looks and feels just right.

I am so lucky to now have the opportunity to do what I love most- find people a house, and then make it their home. It reminds me of my sea glass. I am collecting new memories, one room at a time, and it makes me smile. ~ Together, we are a dedicated team with a unique goal. Our vision is to personalize your real estate experience. We are excited to offer this refreshing approach to both buyer and seller.
